Accounts Assistant
We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy and friendly finance team based near Bradford on 3 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Processing expenses and payment runs
- General finance and administrative support
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant opportunity based near Bradford on a 3 month fixed term contract, working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours, free on-site parking, and an immediate start available.
