Production Operators to join an established manufacturing team in Larkhall, ensuring automotive parts meet the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining excellent quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating production machinery and working as part of a team to produce high-quality automotive parts
- Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
- Carrying out detailed visual quality inspections at various stages of production
- Recording production data accurately to support performance monitoring
- Packing and preparing finished goods ready for shipment
- Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

- Ability to work effectively in an active environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a continental pattern
