We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join an established organisation in Edinburgh, supporting a diverse range of business customers. The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for business customers, helping them with a variety of queries and making sure their experience is as smooth and positive as possible. Every day will be different, with you using your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what customers need and find the right solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries from business customers
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing accurate information and advice
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
  • Supporting customers with account, billing and service-related enquiries
  • Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
  • Managing more complex or challenging customer situations professionally
  • Identifying issues that require escalation and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate team
  • Working towards agreed KPIs, quality standards and service levels
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers across telephone and written channels
  • Working closely with colleagues and other teams to resolve customer queries
  • Ensuring all customer information and interactions are recorded accurately
