Key Responsibilities Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office Acting as a first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues Managing meeting rooms, calendars and office bookings Ordering and maintaining office supplies Handling incoming calls, emails and general correspondence Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams Organising meetings, events and internal activities Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming office environment Dealing with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required About You We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a positive approach.
