We’re working with a leading manufacturer in precast concrete and construction materials, and they’re looking to grow their team with skilled Production Operators. If you’re reliable, hands‑on, and take pride in quality work, this could be the long‑term opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Your Role
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality concrete precast products.
- Prepare and maintain moulds in line with product specifications.
- Pour and finish concrete according to specified standards and procedures.
- Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues.
- Support with manually loading/unloading materials OR operation of an overhead crane system to relocate heavier items.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
What You’ll Bring
