We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders received via phone, email and internal systems
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on in-house systems
- Providing customers with updates on the progress of their orders
- Chasing suppliers and internal departments to ensure orders are progressing efficiently
- Organising and coordinating delivery dates
- Preparing and issuing quotations to customers
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within deadlines
About You:
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or administrative role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confident using computer systems and managing data
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and organised approach to work
- Team player with a positive attitude
