We're currently recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare setting in Liverpool on a 6-8 week temporary assignment, starting w/c 28th September.

Hours: Shifts between 8:00am and 6:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour DOE

The Role:

  • Managing patient appointments and bookings
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Providing excellent front-of-house customer service
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting the smooth running of the reception desk

About You:

  • Previous reception/admin experience is essential
  • Experience within a GP surgery, medical practice or healthcare environment is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional patient care
