Protection Advisor
Salary: 34K (DOE) + monthly bonus
Hybrid (3 days at home per week)
Work Pattern - Monday - Saturday (1 Saturday morning in every 3)

We're recruiting for Protection Advisors to join a high-performing financial services team. You'll provide expert advice to customers over the phone, helping them secure the right protection products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising customers on protection products over the phone
- Delivering a high-quality, compliant customer journey
- Building rapport and identifying customer needs
- Working towards sales and quality targets
- Maintaining FCA and regulatory standards
- Achieving set KPI's
What We’re Looking For
- Telesales experience (preferably within Financial service)
- Strong telephone sales and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of FCA regulations
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Flexibility (need to be able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)
