About the Role

An established national provider of specialist technical and infrastructure services is seeking a Project Administrator to join its growing team. Due to continued business growth and increased customer demand, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator looking to join a new environment.

You will play a key role in managing project documentation required for projects by clients, ensuring compliance and full visibility of health & safety, schedules and design document demands throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation across multiple live projects.
  • Support the production and maintenance of health & safety documentation.
  • Maintain project schedules, design documentation, and compliance records.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to obtain required information.
  • Track documentation progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider project team.
