The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy office team, providing diary management, scheduling, and general office support. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate busy appointment diaries and schedules.
- Book, amend, and rearrange appointments while resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Manage shared inboxes and complete administrative actions promptly.
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and courier requests.
- Order office supplies and manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Welcome visitors and provide professional front-of-house support.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to support daily operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' administration experience.
- Strong diary management and scheduling experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
