About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a well-established organisation within the rehabilitation and injury management sector. Working from modern offices in Liverpool City Centre, you will play a key role in supporting both clinical diary management and general office administration. This position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating schedules, and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating clinician diaries and appointments
  • Scheduling patient consultations to maximise clinician availability
  • Resolving diary conflicts and managing schedule changes
  • Liaising with internal teams, referral companies, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Supporting supplier management and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Researching and sourcing appropriate rehabilitation providers based on client requirements
  • Managing Data Protection inboxes and associated actions
  • Assisting with general office administration duties

Additional Duties

  • Ordering office stationery and supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements
  • Greeting visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
  • Organising courier bookings and collections
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
