Senior Admin Manager - Supply & Planning - Leeds (LS15) - HYBRID WORKING Location: LS15, Leeds Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Hybrid Working: Monday & Friday from home - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office Contract: Temporary until the end of 2026, with potential to extend Start Date: ASAP The Role We are currently recruiting for a Senior Admin Manager to join a busy and fast-paced Supply & Planning team based in Leeds. This is a senior administrative and operational role, supporting the day-to-day running of the supply and planning function. We are looking for an experienced individual who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing priorities, processes and large volumes of information within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in coordinating administrative activity across the Supply & Planning team, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, deadlines are met and processes are managed effectively. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, identifying issues and ensuring these are resolved quickly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply, Planning, Logistics or Operations Administrator looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced Senior Administrator/Team Manager looking for a new temporary opportunity. The position is initially temporary until the end of 2026, with the potential for the assignment to be extended. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Supply & Planning team Supporting supply and planning processes to ensure products, materials and information are managed effectively Monitoring orders, stock, deliveries and supply requirements Maintaining accurate records across multiple internal systems Using Microsoft Excel extensively to manage, analyse and report on data Producing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and management information Monitoring key deadlines, priorities and outstanding actions Identifying supply, planning or administrative issues and taking ownership of resolving them Liaising with suppliers, internal departments and key stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies Coordinating information between supply, planning, logistics and other operational teams Ensuring processes are followed consistently and identifying opportunities for improvement Supporting the wider team with planning, organisation and workload management Providing guidance and support to more junior members of the administrative team where required Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates who have strong experience within supply, planning, logistics, procurement, order management or a similar operational environment. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a Supply, Planning, Logistics, Operations or Order Management environment Experience working at a senior administrative, supervisory or management level Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Experience managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines The ability to identify issues, investigate problems and take ownership through to resolution Confidence working across multiple systems and processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work independently and take responsibility for their workload Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes Experience working with suppliers and/or internal stakeholders would be highly advantageous Previous experience within supply and planning is particularly important for this role, so candidates should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of supply chain, planning or operational processes.
