Search Recruitment is currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-known drinks supplier based in Kintore, Inverurie. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing, full-time work with fantastic rates of pay and the benefit of a permanent 4-day working week.

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Friday working pattern - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
  • Standard pay rate: £17.52 per hour
  • Overtime rate: £26.28 per hour after 42.5 hours worked
  • Ongoing, long-term opportunity
  • Full induction and training provided

Shift Pattern

  • Tuesday to Friday
  • Typical shift times: 07:30 - 17:30

The Role

Working as part of a two-person delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering drinks products to pubs, bars, restaurants and other hospitality venues throughout the region. This role involves:

  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and professionally
  • Delivering kegs, barrels and other drinks products to customers
  • Heavy manual handling and lifting throughout the day
  • Working closely with a driver's mate who will assist with deliveries
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good level of physical fitness due to the heavy lifting involved
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Previous multi-drop experience beneficial but not essential

Start Date

Successful candidates will attend an induction and training day on Monday 22/06 before commencing regular Tuesday-Friday shifts.
