We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join one of the UK's largest and most reputable main contractors on a high-profile construction project based in Kendal. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company on a busy and fast-paced site.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general labouring duties across site
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
  • Completing rip-out works safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading materials and filling skips
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy
  • Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site
  • Experience with rip-outs and skip loading preferred
  • Strong work ethic and good reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
  • Must be able to provide a recent and checkable work reference
