Key Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Has previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen.

Holds a Food Hygiene qualification (or is willing to work towards one).

Is organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent standards.
