We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in this Inverness based Hotel.

The successful Chef de Partie will receive a starting salary of £33,000, plus tronc payments and a range of additional non-financial benefits.
In the CDP role itself
- Taking ownership of your section in a busy professional kitchen under the supervision of senior chefs in service.
- Assisting all other team members in maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Contributing to menu innovation and daily specials.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
- SVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent practical kitchen experience is evident.
- Passionate about food, quality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-first attitude.
