This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead at a small, established service where you can really get to know the people you support, build a strong team and create a positive environment where everyone can thrive. The service supports an ageing population, so experience within learning disabilities, autism or elderly care will be considered. Strong leadership and management experience is essential.

You will bring:

  • Strong leadership and management experience within health or social care.
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, autism or older people.
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care and improving people's quality of life.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

Why Join Us?

We're proud to be an organisation where our values aren't just words on a page - they genuinely influence how we work every day. We have a strong culture of advocacy, choice and person-centred support, ensuring the people we support have a voice and are empowered to live the lives they want. We also place a huge emphasis on staff development and progression. We want our people to feel supported, valued and given the opportunity to grow in their careers.

As Registered Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the culture of the service, develop your team and make a lasting impact. You'll be supported by a wider organisation that understands the importance of good leadership and gives managers the opportunity to lead with purpose. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a forward-thinking, supportive and genuinely people-focused organisation - somewhere you can build strong relationships, develop your career and feel proud of the work you do.

If you're an experienced care leader ready for your next challenge and want to lead a service where your leadership really matters, we would love to hear from you.
