We are looking for a Temporary Office Receptionist to provide front-of-house and facilities support for our client in Maryhill, Glasgow for 5 weeks. You must be available to start on the 14th September and cover until the 16th October.
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am-2:00pm
£16.41 per hour
Free onsite parking
Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and providing reception cover
- Managing meeting rooms
- Arranging taxis, travel and accommodation
- Researching hotels for conferences and staff
- Providing general facilities support, including tea, coffee, milk and stationery
- Liaising with contractors and cleaners
- Ordering office supplies via Amazon for both buildings
- Issuing security passes to staff and visitors
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
About You:
We're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, organised and proactive, with previous experience in reception, administration, facilities or a similar office-based role. You should be confident dealing with visitors, suppliers and staff at all levels and able to manage a variety of tasks.
