We're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to join Search Recruitment Group and take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our digital marketing channels.
This is a newly created role for someone who enjoys understanding what's working, what isn't and what we should do differently.
You'll work across paid media, recruitment advertising, websites, SEO and digital analytics, helping us make better decisions about where we invest and how we attract candidates and clients across Search and Henderson Scott.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across a range of channels.
- Monitoring recruitment advertising performance across platforms such as Indeed, Linked In and other job boards.
- Reviewing spend, applications, conversion and cost per application and recommending improvements.
- Helping determine the best digital approach for marketing campaigns.
- Managing website and landing-page performance and identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and conversion.
- Owning day-to-day SEO activity across our websites.
- Working with content, creative and development teams to deliver digital improvements.
- Producing clear digital performance reporting and, importantly, turning the numbers into recommendations.
- Working with platform suppliers to understand benchmarks, performance and opportunities for optimisation.
- Testing audiences, channels, targeting, landing pages and campaign approaches.
- Helping us get more from our existing digital investment before simply spending more.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have around 2-4 years' experience in digital or performance marketing and be comfortable working across several channels rather than specialising in just one area.
We're looking for someone with
- paid-media experience;
- strong analytical skills;
- experience working with websites and CMS platforms;
- a good working understanding of SEO;
- experience using analytics and reporting tools;
- an understanding of digital conversion and customer journeys;
- confidence working with budgets and performance data;
- strong organisation and attention to detail;
- the ability to work with developers, agencies, content and creative teams.
Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, job advertising or another lead-generation environment would be particularly useful, but it isn't essential if you have strong transferable digital experience.
The opportunity
You'll be joining a Marketing function that is evolving how it supports the business, with the opportunity to become our internal specialist for digital acquisition and performance.
You'll work across multiple brands, markets and specialist recruitment sectors, and have genuine scope to shape how we approach paid media, websites, SEO and performance marketing as the role develops.
If you enjoy digging into the data, spotting opportunities and making digital activity work harder, we'd like to hear from you.
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
