The Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Speak with prospective clients, understand their hiring needs and create opportunities to build long-term partnerships.
- Source, engage and attract high-quality candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and leading job boards.
- Interview and assess candidates to understand their experience, motivations and long-term career goals.
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to interview, offer and placement.
