Your Role & Responsibilities
- Working independently on-site, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine hygiene and cleanliness standards across welfare facilities and site offices:
- Office & Welfare Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting site offices, meeting rooms, canteens, and drying rooms daily.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting toilet facilities, washbasins, turnstiles, and high-touch surface points.
- Canteen Maintenance: Cleaning food prep areas, wiping down tables, microwave interiors, sinks, and seating areas.
- Waste Disposal: Emptying office and canteen bins, replacing liners, and transferring rubbish to designated site skip areas.
- Stock Management: Monitoring cleaning supplies, hand soaps, paper towels, and toilet rolls, notifying site management when restocking is needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- To satisfy site entry and hygiene standards, all applicants must possess:
- Cleaning Experience: Proven background in commercial, office, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning (strictly required).
