Service Coordinator Oldham Salary £25,934 Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team, taking ownership of scheduling, planning and coordinating engineer workloads to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing * Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits to maximise productivity. * Managing incoming service requests and prioritising work against agreed service levels. * Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep jobs moving. * Monitoring ongoing works, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met. * Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on live jobs.
