Overview

Customer Service Advisor β€” Full Time β€” Temp to perm β€” Β£26,000 β€” Immediate start. Office based in Kilmarnock.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing a customer service inbox and responding to emails
  • Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
  • Helping customers to process orders online
  • Chasing up deliveries and processing refunds
  • Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve issues

Shifts

7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, with 1 weekend every 3 (8am-5pm). Peak periods: Extended hours until 10pm.
