Overview
Customer Service Advisor β Full Time β Temp to perm β Β£26,000 β Immediate start. Office based in Kilmarnock.
What will you be doing?
- Managing a customer service inbox and responding to emails
- Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
- Helping customers to process orders online
- Chasing up deliveries and processing refunds
- Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve issues
Shifts
7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, with 1 weekend every 3 (8am-5pm). Peak periods: Extended hours until 10pm.
