We're currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a fantastic hotel team in Clydebank on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis with Search Recruitment Group. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun, supportive kitchen where you'll be working alongside a strong team and gaining consistent hours.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out food preparation to ensure everything is ready for service
- Supporting during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are sent out efficiently and to a high standard
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen tasks
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting with stock control and reducing waste where possible
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen environment
