About the Role
Take the lead of an established and growing domiciliary care service in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care manager to join a successful national provider, offering a salary of up to £47,500, a performance bonus of £6,000, and genuine career progression opportunities. As Branch Manager, you will have significant autonomy to lead and develop the service, drive operational performance, and shape the future growth of the branch. Supported by an experienced senior leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop office staff and care teams.
- Drive branch growth through effective recruitment, retention, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage branch budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality assurance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management.
- Support staff through supervision, performance management, training, and development.
- Maintain exceptional standards of care and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance standards, and care sector legislation.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Experience managing operational performance, service quality, and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a high-performing team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
