They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their close knit team, this position requires a high level of customer care and attention to detail and the successful individual will go above and beyond when required to do so.
This is a varied role however the main duties include:
- Deal with customer complaints
- Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure remedial issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Preparation of invoices
- Represent the brand in a positive light whilst delivering the highest quality customer service at all times.
This is a fast paced position and requires someone who can effectively prioritise there time, out with these skills you would be expected to demonstrate the following experience:
- High level communication skills
- Ability to xgikmsk work under pressure
- Computer literate (outlook, excel, word)
- Experience dealing with complaints
- Great attention to detail
