As a Customer Service and Collections Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing financial support and finding positive solutions to ease customers' financial worries. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Engage with clients' customers through outbound calls to assist with outstanding debt.
  • Keep detailed account notes in the customer database after each call.
  • Deliver top-notch service with a focus on treating customers fairly.

  • Immediate start with rotational shifts: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm) and Saturday (9am - 4pm).
  • Competitive salary starting at £25K, rising to £26,500 after 2 years.
  • Opportunity to earn up to £250 commission each month.
