Order Processing Specialist Opportunity!
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time working hours

Key Responsibilities of the Order Processing Specialist:
- Order Management: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring correct quantities, prices, and charges. Manage orders to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and complete dispatch. Proactively manage customer expectations via telephone/email.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, logging them appropriately in relevant databases. Assist customers through to resolution, maintaining proactive communication.
- Procedural Compliance: Ensure all departmental procedures are followed, correspondence and documentation are filed appropriately, and databases are maintained.
