Hours: Full time hours M-F

Salary: 28,000

Must have to be considered:

  • Membership experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience

Your role will involve:

  • Membership administration: new members, prospect, existing, leavers
  • Membership support: email inbox management for first line member support
  • Member engagement: enquiry management, issuing of communication (letter/email/mailer)
  • Attendance of annual conference held globally (3 day event), booth management and member/non-member engagement
  • Support of systems transition
  • Reporting of stats
