About Us:

Search is a well-established Construction recruiter who partners with multiple growing carpentry and joinery businesses, known for delivering high-quality work across multiple sectors, e.g., residential, commercial, or new builds. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire multiple Skilled Joiners to join our team. Whether you specialize in first fix, second fix, or final fix, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Joiner with us, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional joinery work across various projects. Your responsibilities will depend on your expertise but may include:

  • First Fix Joiners: Installing structural timber, floor joists, roof trusses, stud walls, etc.
  • Second Fix Joiners: Fitting doors, skirting, architraves, and cabinetry.
  • Final Fix Joiners: Completing finishing touches, installing bespoke joinery, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Joiner (any stage - first, second, or final fix).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Own tools
  • CSCS card (preferred).
  • Full UK driving license (advantageous).
