Search Chain Partners is growing its embedded talent capability, supporting some of the most exciting high-growth businesses across AI, FinTech, WealthTech and Financial Services.
We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join us initially on a 9-month FTC, working as part of Search Chain Partners while embedding closely with our clients to help them scale.
This isn’t traditional agency recruitment, and it isn’t quite internal TA either. You get the closeness and ownership of being embedded within a business, with the variety, network and market exposure that comes from being part of Search Chain Partners.
The clients
You’ll be working with a portfolio of high-growth AI and FinTech businesses, from venture-backed scale-ups through to businesses building genuinely category-defining technology.
The work spans Enterprise AI, Financial Services, Private Capital, WealthTech and FinTech, with clients operating across the UK, US and international markets.
These are ambitious, fast-moving businesses where talent is a genuine growth priority. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leadership teams, helping them build exceptional teams across GTM, Commercial, Product and other business-critical hires.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take real ownership of hiring rather than simply managing vacancies. That means getting under the skin of the business, understanding what great looks like and going into the market to find it.
You’ll be:
- Owning searches end-to-end, from brief through to close
- Building and engaging high-quality talent pipelines rather than relying on applicants
- Recruiting across GTM, Commercial and other key business functions
- Partnering directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Bringing market insight, talent mapping and data into hiring conversations
- Managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments where briefs can evolve quickly
- Balancing pace with quality — these businesses want to grow, but the hiring bar is high
- Becoming a trusted extension of the client while remaining part of the SCP team
What we’re looking for
We’re open on whether your background has been in-house TA, embedded/RPO, search or a high-quality agency environment. What matters more is how you operate.
You’ll need to be someone who can source and headhunt properly, build relationships with hard-to-reach talent and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, FinTech, AI or high-growth businesses would be useful, particularly across GTM or commercial hiring, but cultural alignment matters just as much as having worked in an identical market.
You’ll probably enjoy this if you’re curious, high-energy and comfortable figuring things out. You can deal with ambiguity, think clearly when priorities change and take ownership rather than waiting for someone to give you the answer.
