Love fashion and know your way around a busy warehouse? This is your chance to become the go-to person behind a cult London clothing brand. I'm recruiting for an independent London fashion label with a loyal following. It sells online to customers around the world, supplies wholesale partners and has recently opened its first flagship store. The team is small, the brand is growing fast, and they need a Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to keep everything moving.

You won't be stuck doing one job on repeat. Inbound, outbound, returns, stock and customer queries will all come through you, so every day will be a little different and you'll see the difference your work makes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Picking, packing and shipping online orders to customers in the UK and overseas
  • Packing and dispatching wholesale orders and influencer/gifting parcels, keeping stock records spot on
  • Processing returns: checking condition, logging them and getting items back into stock
  • Receiving and checking inbound deliveries
  • Running regular stock counts and flagging discrepancies or damaged goods
  • Keeping the flagship store topped up with stock
  • Helping customers with order, delivery and returns queries
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy, safe and organised

What you'll bring:

  • 1-2 years' warehouse experience, ideally with a clothing or apparel brand
  • Experience shipping orders both domestically and internationally
  • Excellent organisation and a real eye for detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and happy to muck in as part of a small team
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Shopify or HubSpot experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential. A clear basic DBS check will be required.

Why apply?

  • Join a genuinely exciting, design-led brand at a key stage of its growth
  • Be a key part of a small team where your work is seen and valued
  • Variety: no two days are the same
  • Casual dress and a creative working environment
