Warehouse Manager – Warehouse Transformation & Operations South West London £40,000 - £42,000 + Monthly Bonus | Permanent
Are you the kind of Warehouse Manager who enjoys fixing problems rather than simply maintaining the status quo? We're partnering with a growing, well-established business supplying specialist products into a highly regulated industry. Following significant growth, they’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to transform their warehouse operation into a scalable, efficient and technology-driven function. This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a polished operation. It’s an opportunity to make a real impact.
You’ll join a business where one person has successfully kept the warehouse running throughout an exciting period of growth, but the operation has now reached the point where it needs a dedicated leader to introduce structure, improve processes, implement meaningful KPIs and maximise the capabilities of a Warehouse Management System. If you enjoy creating order from complexity, leading change and building an operation that can support future growth, this could be exactly the challenge you’re looking for.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll take ownership of the warehouse operation, balancing day-to-day management with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving warehouse transformation through improved layouts, workflows and operational processes.
- Leading the optimisation and ongoing development of a Warehouse Management System within a NetSuite ERP environment.
- Developing warehouse KPIs, reporting and performance metrics that support business growth.
- Improving inventory accuracy and stock control across a high-SKU operation.
- Reviewing courier and freight performance, identifying efficiencies and improving service levels.
- Creating scalable warehouse processes capable of supporting future expansion.
- Working closely with senior leadership to improve operational performance across the business.
- Supporting and developing the warehouse function while maintaining excellent service levels.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing a busy warehouse with a large and varied SKU profile.
- Proven success implementing or improving a Warehouse Management System (NetSuite experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong warehouse process improvement and change management experience.
- Excellent stock control and inventory management knowledge.
- Experience reviewing courier, freight or logistics performance.
- Confidence using warehouse systems, ERP platforms and operational reporting tools.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy improving operations, introducing structure and using technology to drive efficiency.
Why join?
This is more than a Warehouse Manager position. It’s an opportunity to shape the future of an expanding business where your ideas will be listened to and your experience genuinely valued. As the company continues to grow, there will be genuine scope to develop both the warehouse function and your own career.
Package
- c. £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + realistic monthly bonus of over £500 (linked to company performance, achieved regularly) - OTE C. £50K.
- Opportunity to lead meaningful operational change.
- Long-term career progression within a growing organisation.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a visible difference, implement lasting improvements and build something you’ll be proud of, we’d love to hear from you.
