Service Coordinator Chessington, Surrey (drivers with own vehicle only please due to location) Office Based - Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm £30-36k + generous bonus scheme + benefits + progression Are you an experienced Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Planner who enjoys being at the centre of a busy operation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in keeping a UK-wide field service team running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the diaries of 5 Field Engineers across the UK, making sure planned visits and reactive call-outs are scheduled efficiently while keeping customers updated throughout. You’ll join a small, friendly team where your contribution will genuinely be noticed. What will you be doing? * Coordinating and managing the diaries of 5 Field Engineers across the UK * Scheduling planned service visits, maintenance appointments and reactive call-outs * Prioritising workloads and making changes to schedules when urgent jobs arise * Liaising with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates * Providing telephone and email support to customers * Keeping service information accurate and up to date on the CRM system * Processing customer orders and service-related purchase orders * Preparing quotations and gaining customer approval for chargeable work * Monitoring ongoing jobs and repairs through to completion * Ordering parts required by customers and the engineering team * Supporting stock administration and general service coordination * Working closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a responsive, efficient service What are we looking for? * Previous scheduling, planning or service coordination experience is essential * Experience coordinating Field Service Engineers, technicians, drivers or another mobile workforce would be highly advantageous * Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple diaries and changing priorities * A confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with customers over the phone and by email * Good attention to detail and strong administration skills * Experience using CRM, scheduling or similar business systems * A proactive approach – you’ll spot problems, think ahead and help keep things moving * Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, busy team * Comfortable working fully office based in Chessington, Monday to Friday Why would you want to work here? * Generous bonus scheme on top of your basic salary * Join a growing business with exciting plans for the future * Genuine progression opportunities for someone who wants to develop * A varied position where no two days will be exactly the same * Plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to make the role your own * Work within a small team where your contribution will be visible and valued * Stable Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm working hours * Ongoing training and support * A great opportunity to join at an exciting stage of the company’s growth If you’re an experienced Scheduler or Service Coordinator looking for a busy, varied role with progression and the chance to become an important part of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you
