Salesforce Developer – Fully Remote UK & Ireland – Payments

Search 5.0 is representing a leading payments business aiming to hire a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be a key player in supporting and enhancing their Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. This hands-on role spans full lifecycle development—design, deployment, and support—while leveraging modern engineering practices like CI/CD and BDD. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions that support business-critical projects and continuous platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce enhancements (custom objects, workflows, Apex, Lightning components).
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, with a focus on testable and user-centered design.
• Ensure platform security, conduct internal audits, and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to planning, estimation, deployments, and continuous delivery efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Lightning and Apex.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Salesforce Developer certification and Agile/Scrum experience are preferred.
