Producing a one-of-a-kind AI-powered monitoring platform has already resulted in major funding making and impact on customers\’ trading strategies. Our client’s product suite combines artificial intelligence with financial market analytics. This B2B platform grows engagement and acts as a co-pilot to drive smarter, faster, analytical decisions.
Job: IT & Technical Account Manager
This is a start-up, which is why the role currently combines IT Management and Technical Account Management, a structure that works well given the current size of the business and customer base. However, as we prepare for an exciting period of growth, we anticipate that these two roles will evolve into separate positions to better support our expanding needs.
In this unique role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving our IT strategy and operations while also serving as the primary point of contact for our customer accounts. You will play a pivotal role in influencing infrastructure decisions, managing technical projects, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences & accessibility for client accounts.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with internal teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business goals, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
Another biggie is to help our client secure their ISO27001 certification! Previous experience having assisted this is important.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about both technology and customer relationships, with the ability to bridge the gap between strategic IT vision and hands-on technical execution.
