Search² has been exclusively engaged by a specialist Health & Safety and CDM consultancy to recruit a CDM / Health & Safety Consultant for a major data centre programme in the North East.
This is a long-term, site-based position that will see you embedded directly within the consultancy's client, supporting construction Health & Safety and CDM activities across two data centre facilities in Blyth.
The sites are at different stages of development and fit-out, with significant civils, M&E and construction activity taking place. You'll work closely with project teams, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure Health & Safety and CDM requirements are effectively managed throughout the programme.
What you will be doing
- Providing day-to-day construction Health & Safety and CDM support across the sites
- Carrying out regular site inspections and Health & Safety audits
- Supporting project teams in meeting their duties under the CDM Regulations
- Reviewing construction activities, risk controls and relevant Health & Safety documentation
