Your Mission: The Role solving for better. You are a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds), directly driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles within your portfolio of strategic client engagements. You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the charge from initial engagement to successful execution.

Let's be clear: this is not your typical sales or pre-sales role where you 'move-on' to the next-gig after collecting an SoW or PO from a client. At Searce, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, as our fellow engineers evlos (solve differently) intelligent outcomes. You remain 100% accountable for the solutions proposed, the deals closed, and the real outcomes realized.

If you’re a tech-savvy, consultative seller with the brain of a strategist, the heart of a builder, and the charisma of a storyteller — we’ve got a seat for you at the front of the table. You're not a sales / pre-sales manager. You're the transformation engine.

Your Responsibilities what you will wake up to solve. This isn’t a “manage the pipeline” role. You’re here to build outcomes, not just opportunities. You’re a forward-deployed solver who leads from the front—designing, influencing, and delivering AI-native, cloud-smart solutions for high-impact clients. You don’t just shape strategy—you bring it to life through engineering-first thinking and relentless problem-solving.

Your mission: Partner with visionary clients. Translate complexity into clarity. Deliver intelligent outcomes that scale.

Here’s how you’ll make your mark:

  • Drive Intelligent Growth
  • Own your portfolio: Take accountability for revenue generation and contribution across strategic accounts.
  • Lead consultative engagements: Engage deeply with client CXOs to understand challenges and co-define transformation journeys.
  • Execute GTM in context: Contribute to region/account-specific GTM strategy aligned with platform partners (hyperscalers, ISVs, AI players).
  • Build value, not vanity: Prioritise solving real business problems over chasing buzzwords. Be the reason clients trust Searce.

Architect What’s Next

  • Lead discovery from first principles: Challenge assumptions, map root problems, and design intelligent transformation paths.
  • Translate vision into action: Convert abstract client problems into concrete solution architectures that can scale.
  • Design smarter, faster, better: Apply the evlos™ methodology to reimagine, redefine, and realise high-value solutions through iterative improvement.
  • Solve with AI-native confidence: Build automation- and insight-led solutions that go beyond implementation and deliver sustained outcomes.

Deliver Outcomes, Not Just Decks

  • Be the transformation engine: Own the outcome from proposal to implementation—what you sell is what gets delivered.
  • Land “pleasant surprises”: Bring ideas to life through working prototypes, compelling demos, and smart solutioning that wows without the fluff.
  • Bridge tech and business: Align technical feasibility with business intent, helping clients realise ROI—not just TCO.
  • Lead by Influence our solvers impact-engineer ‘the new’ to redefine immediate value for an enterprise with a 9-month actionable roadmap that realizes a $10 Mn outcome.

Experience beyond slideware. Solved for horizontal AI automation: P2P, claims, HR — not in theory, but in production. 0→1, 1→10: Understands and has actively contributed to the lifecycle of building and scaling solutions or initiatives, from inception (0→1) to significant adoption and growth (1→10). You default to Build, not present; Solve, not posture; Deliver, not debate. Impact over optics and solving for real outcomes over ‘we’ve always done it this way.

Join the ‘real solvers’ ready to futurify? If you are excited by the possibilities of what an AI-native engineering-led, modern tech consultancy can do to futurify businesses, apply here and experience the ‘Art of the possible’. Don’t Just Send a Resume. Send a Statement.
