As Seapeak continues to grow, our fleet and newbuild programme are expanding at pace. To support this next stage of our journey, we are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Glasgow team on a 24-month contract, with the option to extend, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects. This role is well suited to a Naval Architect or Marine Engineer who will support Project and Technical Managers by coordinating project activities, tracking progress and ensuring tasks are completed in line with agreed standards, procedures and timelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will assist with the coordination and administration of vessel newbuild and technical projects, supporting planning, reporting and documentation.
- Working closely with internal teams, shipyards, vendors and external partners, you will help ensure project activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- The role involves following up on actions, maintaining accurate project records, supporting meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ll have a background in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related discipline, with experience or exposure to shipbuilding, newbuild or technical marine projects.
- We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
