Position Summary

As part of our ship management team, the Marine Personnel Officer plays an essential role in supporting our seafarers and ensuring the effective operation of our fleet. Reporting to the Lead Marine Personnel Officer, this position is the main point of contact for our seafarers; managing appointments to vessels, overseeing certification compliance, and providing direct support both during and outside office hours when required. The role combines coordination, accuracy, and genuine engagement with the people who keep our ships running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage crew changes, travel logistics, documentation, and certification checks, working closely with ship teams and regional manning agencies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date crew records, coordinate payroll information, and assist with budgeting and recruitment.
  • Manage communications related to retirements and resignations, support crew welfare and repatriation, and participate in emergency response and seafarer engagement activities.
