Seapeak seeks a Fleet Personnel Manager to lead the Marine HR Operations team in Glasgow and Manila. You will provide expert guidance on Marine HR policies, oversee crew planning, performance management and ensure compliance with STCW, MLC and IMO regulations.
You will mentor Lead MPOs, manage third‑party Manning agencies and drive KPI reporting, budgets and annual manning planning for the fleet in collaboration with Vessel and Fleet Managers.
