Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Support Desk Analyst to join our support team.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology and helping customers resolve technical issues in a clear and professional way.

The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for support queries, helping users with broadband, Vo IP, CCTV and IT-related issues.

You will log, investigate, resolve and escalate tickets while building your technical knowledge and contributing to a high-quality support experience.
