We are actively seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team at Seamill Hydro. Working 30 hours per week, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for our residents and walk-in guests, assisting with prep work for service, and supporting the wider kitchen team with a variety of duties.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensuring the kitchen is set up and equipped with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service begins.
- Working efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely breakfast service.
- Assisting with preparation for lunch service.
- Preparing afternoon teas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation throughout the kitchen.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen is highly beneficial.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef is preferred.
- A creative approach to cooking, with an eye for detail.
- Experience preparing breakfast, soups, sauces, and afternoon teas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
- The ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
