About Seamflow
We are removing one of the last great barriers to progress in the physical world. While software moves fast, industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy are still slowed by outdated, manual systems.
We are hiring a Founding Operations Lead to work directly with the founding team on the highest-priority operational and strategic problems across the company. This is a full-time, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build the systems, processes, and foundations that enable the company to scale. You will operate across sales, product, GTM, and internal operations, focusing on creating leverage and removing bottlenecks.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Operations: Support customer conversations, synthesise insights, and build processes and materials that help move deals to close.
- GTM Operations: Help shape go-to-market strategy and build the systems and workflows that support execution.
- Product & Customer Insights: Gather and structure customer insights, map workflows, and translate them into clear inputs for product and engineering.
- Fundraising: Support investor outreach, build materials, and prepare updates.
- Expansion: Conduct market research and help define and operationalise expansion strategy.
- Hiring Operations: Build and optimise hiring processes to help us scale a world-class engineering team.
- Operations: Own internal workflows across legal/admin, tools, compliance, vendor management, and anything needed to keep the company running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organised and obsessive about details.
- Sharp, analytical thinker - intellectually curious and fast at getting up the learning curve.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments (MBB consulting, finance, high-growth startups).
- Comfortable with chaos, risk and proactive in solving unscoped problems, and biased toward action.
- You want to learn how to build something that lasts and aren’t afraid of the messy bits.
- Ideally you are also good with slides, excel, etc.
What You’ll Get
- A foundational role building the operational backbone of the company.
- Hands-on exposure to every part of building and scaling a business.
- A team that moves fast, works hard, and backs each other fully.
- Competitive salary.
- Meals, 24/7 gym access.
