About Seamflow

We’re removing one of the last great barriers to progress in the physical world.

While software moves fast, industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy are still slowed by outdated, manual systems.

  • Rapidly growing in stealth with 6 figure revenue
  • Raised a 14x oversubscribed $4.5m seed round from Tier 1 VCs – Coinbase, Reddit, Klarna, Spotify
  • A world‑class team.

Our team includes former unicorn founding engineers and talent from X, Google, Amazon, and Yandex.

We hire people who want to win and who thrive in high‑ownership environments.

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founding team on the highest‑priority problems across the company.

This is a full‑time generalist role for someone who wants a front‑row seat to building a company, with real ownership, real responsibility, and unmatched learning.

This is the steepest possible learning curve.

It will be intense, unglamorous at times, and deeply rewarding.

If you want to start your own company one day, this is the role you take.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Sales: Work directly with founders on customer conversations, synthesise insights, prepare materials, and help move deals to close.
  • GTM: Shape both strategy and execution of products in the pipeline.
  • Product: Join calls to gather deep customer insights, support discovery, map workflows, and collaborate with engineering on regulatory requirements.
  • Fundraising: Support outreach, build materials, prepare updates.
  • Expansion: Conduct market research and help define our expansion strategy.
  • Hiring: Lead ops to build a world‑class engineering team.
  • Operations: Own internal workflows across legal/admin, tools, compliance, vendor management, and whatever the company needs to keep moving fast.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptionally organised and obsessive about details
  • Sharp, analytical thinker – intellectually curious and fast at getting up the learning curve
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments (MBB consulting, finance, high‑growth startups)
  • Comfortable with chaos, risk and proactive in solving unscoped problems, and biased toward action
  • You want to learn how to build something that lasts and aren’t afraid of the messy bits
  • Ideally you are also good with slides, excel, etc.
  • What You’ll Get
  • The closest thing to being a founder without starting your own company
  • Hands‑on exposure to every part of building a business
  • A team that moves fast, works hard, and backs each other fully
  • Competitive base salary + meaningful equity and the chance to do career‑defining work
  • Meals, 24/7 gym access, relocation support if needed
  • Seniority level
  • Entry level
