Seals and Industrial Services is a specialist sealing solutions company supplying high-quality products and services to a wide range of industrial customers. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, honest, and competitive business, focused on building long-term relationships through trust, service, and consistency.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a committed and motivated individual to our sales team who shares our values and is keen to contribute to the success of the business.

The Role

This role is primarily focused on sales and customer support, offering a varied workload within a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
  • Using computer systems for order processing and customer records
  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal team members
  • Completing other duties as required to support the business

What We Are Looking For

  • Has previous experience in a sales role (preferred)
  • Is confident using computers and office-based systems
  • Shows initiative and a proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrates passion, commitment, and a strong work ethic
  • Is reliable, honest, and loyal
  • Has excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Works well as part of a team and represents the company professionally

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (negotiable)

Eight Saturdays per year: 9:00am – 12:00pm
