- Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ relevant engineering experience , with strong proficiency in
Orca Flex .
- Proven ability to deliver analysis projects from initial setup through to final reporting, managing technical quality, budgets and schedules.
- Experience reviewing models, calculations and reports and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of offshore/subsea engineering and the ability to communicate directly with clients and lead technical discussions.
- Degree level qualification in engineering related subject (minimum)
- Specialist experience in subsea cable and Cable Protection System (CPS) analysis.
- Broader Orca Flex experience, particularly mooring, installation or dynamic cable analysis.
- Experience with complementary analysis software such as
ANSYS, Helica or Flexcom .
- Additional language skills, particularly
Japanese , would be highly advantageous.
