Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Responsibilities as our HR Advisor will include: Working closely with department managers/supervisors, providing accurate and timely advice on all areas of employment law and Company policies and procedures.
Providing support and guidance on discipline, grievance and absence management matters, ensuring these are dealt with consistently, adhering to legislation and Company policies and procedures.
Preparing training material on a wide range of generalist HR topics and deliver training as required.
Support in developing and implementing Company employee engagement initiatives.
Supporting the HR Assistant with all aspects of recruitment, from drafting adverts to writing contracts and conducting new starter inductions.
