Responsibilities as our Product Assurance Co-ordinator will include:
- Check and approve pre-shipment documentation to ensure goods are dispatched in line with company requirements.
- Manage Pre-Shipment BI Reporting, tracking total performance of all suppliers.
- Support the resolution of product concerns identified by our Inbound QC Team and help implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings, actions and updates clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish Product Details Forms for the supplier database.
- Working collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
What we’re looking for in our Product Assurance Co-ordinator:
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
- Detail-focused and methodical in approach.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and confident when communicating with internal and external contacts.
