Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator will include:
- Maintain and update product data (text, images, documents) in ERP/PIM systems and across websites and marketplaces.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly for maximum discoverability.
- Manage product presentation on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), including parent/child and bundle configurations, as well as maintaining the Amazon storefront.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights using tools like Helium10 and FeedbackFive.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to create compelling content (A+ listings, enhanced imagery) and add them to the listings.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues between ERP and e-commerce platforms.
- Generate regular reports on product performance, pricing, and channel health.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
What we’re looking for in our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator:
- Training will be provided to fill any knowledge gaps, however ideally you will have:
- Experience maintaining product data in ERP/PIM databases.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon).
- Knowledge of on-page and marketplace SEO.
- Competent using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Problem solving mindset to help fix any data connectivity issues.
